In the above panel, the following are system-generated fields:

  • Ticket No
  • Created Time
  • Modified Time

The system will auto-fill these details based on your login details and the time.

Description Information

This panel allows you to add any description related to the ticket, is any.


Solution Information

This tab allows you to add or view solution information related to the ticket, if any.
