Organization Information

This tab contains the primary details pertaining to an organization at the time of creation. It has three panels which have been described below along with their fields.

Organization Summary

This panel allows you to capture the basic details of an organization.

In the above panel, the following are system-generated fields:

• Organization No.
• Assigned To
• Created Time
• Created By
• Modified Time

The system will auto-fill these details based on your login details and the time.

Expertise Information

This panel allows you to view the details of company's area of expertise.

Address Information

This panel allows you to enter primary mailing address as well as alternate address of the organization.

To locate mailing address on the map, click on Locate Map button in the top right corner of the panel.

Click on Mailing Address. A new window will be opened, displaying mailing address on the Google Map.

To locate alternate address, click on Other Address. A new window will be opened, displaying alternate address on the Google Map.

Description Information

This panel allows you to capture any additional information about the organization in the description.
